Harold Patterson is a serial killer in the United States, that is still living. They have killed in the state of Connecticut. He was sentenced to leaded guilty to a single count of first-degree manslaughter with a firearm, sentenced to 10 years in prison to run concurrently with his 100-year sentence.

According to Hartford Courant, A Hartford man, already serving a 100-year sentence for a 2008 double murder, pleaded guilty Wednesday to killing a third man in 2008

Harold Patterson may be included even though they do not technically meet the requirements for two or more killings in more then one event. Spree shooters, mass killers, and organized crime leaders may be included due to the volume or savagery of their crimes.
