Scott Johnson is a serial killer in the United States, that is still living. He killed in the state of Wisconsin. He was sentenced to a mandatory life sentence.

According to NBC News, The unemployed Army veteran who shot and killed three teenage swimmers last summer is so indifferent to his killing spree that he compares it to spilling a glass of milk.

"Do you get all upset about it? No, you just clean it up and get another glass of milk," Scott J. Johnson, 38, told The Associated Press recently by phone from the Marinette County Jail. "It might sound sick or sadistic to come off that way but that's pretty much it."

Scott Johnson may be included even though they do not technically meet the requirements for two or more killings in more then one event. Spree shooters, mass killers, and organized crime leaders may be included due to the volume or savagery of their crimes.
