Michael Woodmansee is a serial killer
in the United States, that is still living. They have killed in the
state of Rhode Island. He was released September 11, 2011, after having served 28 years of the 40-year sentence

Eleanor Slater Hospital in Cranston, Rhode Island, in the fall of
2011
Michael Woodmansee may be included even
though they do not technically meet the requirements for two or more
killings in more then one event. Spree shooters, mass killers, and
organized crime leaders may be included due to the volume or savagery
of their crimes.
