Chai Vang is a serial killer in the
United States, that is still living. He killed in the state of
Wisconsin. He was sentenced to 6 life sentences plus 70 years
without parole
According to Wiki, Chai Soua Vang (born September 24, 1968) is a naturalized Hmong American from Laos who was convicted of murder, but claimed self defense. Vang, a six-year veteran of the California National Guard, shot eight people while on a hunting trip in northern Wisconsin on November 21, 2004; six were killed and two were wounded. On September 16, 2005, Chai Soua Vang was found guilty of all six
charges of first degree intentional homicide and three charges of
attempted homicide by a jury of eight women and four men. On November 8,
2005, he was sentenced to six consecutive life terms plus seventy years
(forty for two counts of attempted homicide plus five additional years
for each count of homicide in the first degree); a sentence of life without parole. At the time, Wisconsin was one of 12 states in the United States that did not have the death penalty
Chai Vang may be included even though
they do not technically meet the requirements for two or more
killings in more then one event. Spree shooters, mass killers, and
organized crime leaders may be included due to the volume or savagery
of their crimes.
