Phillip Michael Bryant, is a serial killer in the United States, that is still living. He has killed in the state of Virginia. He was sentenced to life in prison.

According to The Government, According to court records, the defendant and two others from New York were part of a criminal organization known as the “Miller Time Bloods,” a neighborhood set of the national gang known as “the Bloods.” Bryant and the others travelled to Virginia to operate a drug trafficking business and were known locally as the “New York Boys.”

Phillip Michael Bryant, may be included even though they do not technically meet the requirements for two or more killings in more then one event. Spree shooters, mass killers, and organized crime leaders may be included due to the volume or savagery of their crimes.
