According to Wiki, The two men were sentenced to life in prison without parole for the murder and other charges related to Moore, with an additional 22 years for their escape attempt in January 2006 during the trial. In a separate trial during this period, the two suspects were also convicted of having abducted and raped a 15-year-old girl in 2003 soon after Moore's murder. Prosecutor Anna-Sigga Nicolazzi said two thugs terrorized Romona Moore for days in a Brooklyn basement in April 2003, repeatedly raping her and attacking her with a knife, a saw, a hammer and a barbell. Defendants Troy Hendrix, 22, and Kayson Pearson, 23, are also charged with kidnapping and raping a 15-year-old girl days after they allegedly killed Moore. Among the numerous stories that ABC was following was the homicide of Ramona Moore, one of the victims in this case.   ABC followed and filmed the investigators in this case while the police tried to solve the crime.   A break came when a person named Raymondo Jack (Jack) gave certain information to the police.   Additionally, the police were able to connect the murder of Ms. Moore to an alleged rape/kidnaping of SB.   As a result of all the information gathered the defendant was arrested.

On July 13, 2004, an episode of NYPD 24/7 was aired containing taped interviews with the detectives in charge, the family of Ms. Moore, SB and Jack.

The defendant Pearson wishes to have all the unused film from the program to see if any of the witnesses will, while testifying for the People, contradict anything that the witness stated on the unused film.   They seek the outtakes for possible impeachment material.   The defendant Pearson can neither identify any inconsistent statement nor does he identify a single piece of outtake that he will introduce into evidence during the trial or other proceeding.

Hendrix may be included even though they do not technically meet the requirements for two or more

killings in more then one event. Spree shooters, mass killers, and organized crime leaders may be included due to the volume or savagery of their crimes.
