Timothy Wilson Spencer is a serial
killer in the United States, that is still living. He killed
in the state of Virginia . He was sentenced to sentenced to death.
According to Washington Post,
Richmond's "Southside Strangler," he bound, raped and
strangled a 15-year-old girl while her parents and brother slept in
the same apartment. He also bound, raped and killed three other
women.
Timothy Wilson Spencer may be included
even though they do not technically meet the requirements for two or
more killings in more then one event. Spree shooters, mass killers,
and organized crime leaders may be included due to the volume or
savagery of their crimes.
