Efren Saldivar is a serial killer in the United States. He was active from 1988–1998 . He currently has 6 confirmed victims, though he are suspected of 50+ . According to Wikipedia, The former head of the respiratory care department at Loma Linda University, Tom Malinowski, led the internal investigation by Adventist Health. Statistical analysis indicates that the total number of murders committed by Saldivar could be as high as 200, but no convincing physical evidence will ever be available to confirm or refute this possibility due to bodies being cremated after death or simply the effects of bodily harm.

This happened primarily in California. He was sentenced to life imprisonment x6 after pleading guilty post autopsy.
