The body was enclosed in multiple layers of plastic garbage bags, with the victim’s body bent forward at the waist so that her head was at the level of her feet. The next day, two more dead bodies of female victims, similarly enclosed in garbage bags, were discovered by police in the general vicinity of Madison’s garage. The three victims were identified as Shirellda Terry (“Terry”), Shetisha Sheeley (“Sheeley”), and Angela H. Deskins (“Deskins”).

Debra Brown Ohio, Indiana

Debra Denise Brown is a serial killer in the United States. She was active from 1984 until she was caught . She currently have 8 proven  victims, though she is only suspected of 8 . According to Wikipedia, she is the accomplice of Alton Coleman .

This happened primarily in Indiana Ohio. He was sentenced to Sentenced to death, commuted to life imprisonment .

His appeal includes: Debra Denise Brown and her companion, one Alton Coleman, were convicted and sentenced to death in separate proceedings for stomping a seven-year old girl to death and attempting to choke a nine-year old girl to death with a belt after sexually assaulting the latter.   These crimes were part of a crime spree which also took Brown and Coleman to Ohio, Michigan and Illinois.   About a month after the Indiana crimes were committed, Brown was apprehended in Illinois and turned over to the FBI, which had been actively engaged in the investigation.

Her victims include Annie Turks, Tamika Turks, Donna Williams, Mr. and Mrs. Palmer Jones (robbed), Virginia and Rachelle Temple, Frank and Dorothy Duvendack (robbed),  and Tonnie Storey, Harry and Marlene Walters, Oline Carmical, Jr, Reverend and Mrs. Millard Gay and Eugene Scott.

I've had mixed feelings about Ms. Brown considering Alton was the primary assailant, however seeing the sheer volume of victims, I am happy she remains behind bars based on principal.

According to Wikipedia, he was a Physician and surgeon . In his book Blind Eye, Quincy native James B. Stewart estimated that counting the suspicious deaths at SIU, circumstantial evidence links Swango to thirty-five suspicious deaths. The FBI believes he may be responsible for as many as sixty deaths, which would make him one of the most prolific serial killers in American history.

Police obtained another warrant the next day and resumed searching Sowell’s  house,  this  time  accompanied  by  personnel  from  the  county  coroner’s  office  and  a  cadaver  dog.    They  located  a  body  beneath  the  basement  staircase  covered by a large mound of dirt and two more on the third floor,

In the backyard, the cadaver dog alerted to a spot near the back porch, where  police  located  another  body  buried  in  a  shallow  grave  that  DNA  analysis  identified as Tonia Carmichael.
        

one inside a black plastic bag and one in a crawlspace concealed beneath more dirt.  DNA analysis identified the body in the basement as Janice Webb, the body in the bag as Nancy Cobbs, and the body in the crawlspace as Tishana Culver.

After  leaving  Tania’s  house,  as  she  headed  for  her  grandmother’s  house,  Casonya  spoke  on  the  phone  with  her  boyfriend,  Ra’Shaud  B.    The  two  were  having  an  argument  when  suddenly  the  phone  cut  off.    Ra’Shaud  tried  for  three days to reach Casonya by telephone, but he never spoke to her again.

The  next  morning,  Casonya  did  not  show  up  at  school.    Casonya’s  mother  indicated  that  she  had  not  seen  her  daughter,  and  calls  to  Casonya’s  cell  phone went to voicemail.

His appeal includes: Dawn Remley is an admitted crack cocaine addict, alcoholic, and prostitute. She has known Ernest Morris for approximately three years. On August 20, 2014, around 5:00 p.m., she arranged to meet Morris near the Huntington Bank on West Tuscarawas Street in Canton, Ohio. She and Morris shopped at a number of stores afterward, buying school supplies for Remley's children. The two briefly returned to Morris' residence in Perry Township and Remley smoked crack cocaine. Remley testified Morris was aware of her drug use but did not use drugs himself.

Next they delivered the school supplies to Remley's children at her mother's house. They returned to Morris' house around 7:30 p.m.
